Delivery Policy:

As a Teleflora florist, Your Local Flower Shop is affiliated with quality Florists across the Canada, the U.S. and around the world. Your order is sent, personally by telephone, speaking directly with the sending florist to ensure delivery dates can be met and availability of your choice. Our Florist cautiously selects this sending florist from a large directory of available florists.

Deliveries can not Guaranteed on the following days:
All Sundays in Summer (May 20th - September 30th)
All Canadian statutory holidays including Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years, Easter, Victoria Day , Canada Day, Labour Day, Civic Holiday & Thanks Giving

Same Day Delivery

Weather permitting, generally, if the order has been taken by 11:00am eastern time we can offer same day delivery. However, during peak Holiday times such as, Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Christmas & Easter we suggest giving us the order at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery date. Also, same day delivery cannot be guaranteed on Sundays and for some rural communities and outlying areas.

Your Local Flower Shop can deliver to almost 100% of Canadian & U.S. homes and to most countries worldwide. However, we are limited from delivering to restricted locations such as:
• Intensive Care Units (we can hold the order until released)
• Critical Care Units (we can hold the order until released)
• Planes
• Cemeteries
• Trains
• Post office boxes
• Cruise ships
• Some small islands

Delivery Charge:

Our delivery charge is $8.95CDN for most delivery areas. However, some rural route destinations may require a florist from a near-by city or town to fill your order, therefore a possible increase in the delivery charge may apply. In this event, the florist at Your Local Flower Shop will contact you.

International Deliveries

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly at 1 888 567-9746. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
